Subject S-B0R15 is currently housed in a standard humanoid containment unit outfitted with comfort accommodations equivalent to those provided in prisoner staff housing. This includes limited recreational rights, access to non-networked reading material, temperature control, and a private sleeping space. Since arrival, S-B0R15 has not exhibited any violent behavior or intent to breach containment, despite being technically classified as an anomalous subject.

The subject has been given permission to leave containment during the day and help with janitorial operations in a number of areas of Site 27. S-B0R15 has been seen to carry out these responsibilities with remarkable dependability and exhibits a helpful demeanor toward employees.

Unless otherwise noted for scheduled testing or during transportation to restricted zones, active surveillance is not necessary during regular work hours due to the subject's stable behavior and low-threat designation. During active shifts, regular check-ins are required every 90 minutes, and S-B0R15 is equipped with a passive location tracker around its ankle.

S-B0R15 is a stable humanoid test subject exhibiting minor but reliable physical enhancements. S-B0R15 is presently being evaluated for inclusion in Project BIONEX due to its stability and room for improvement.
