Containment Procedures

Subject C-K01Y4 is to be housed in a high-security isolation chamber constructed from reinforced concrete and lined with multi-layered, impact-absorbing padding. The chamber is to remain sterile and free of all unsecured organic material at all times. Any biological matter may only be introduced under the direct supervision of two Level-4 personnel and with the approval of Lead Researcher Dr. Connor Lark.

C-K01Y4's hands must always be completely covered and restrained. Steel restraint sleeves need to be inspected for wear or deterioration at the beginning of every shift. Restraints may only be removed during medical evaluation or enhancement response testing, and only within a triple-sealed observation chamber.

Three times a week, C-K01Y4 is permitted to engage in one hour of observed social interaction with Subject S-M4N0N. Both subjects must always be under audio-visual surveillance, and sessions must take place in the monitored Interaction Chamber.

In compliance with emotional stabilization protocols, once daily, 30-minute private sessions with Dr. Connor Lark are scheduled. It is believed that these sessions are crucial for behavioral regulation and should not be disrupted or observed.

Description

C-K01Y4 is a bioengineered humanoid entity who was brought in and developed for Project BIONEX. As a result of repeated containment breaches and ongoing behavioral instability, the subject was removed from the program, making it unfit for controlled deployment. Originating in Samara, Russia, the subject was brought in after demonstrating anomalous abilities.

Due to the integration of feline genetic material, C-K01Y4 demonstrates extraordinary agility, improved night vision, and accelerated sensory processing. The subject gains enhanced camouflage abilities, bioluminescent hair structures, and a corrosive biological mechanism that breaks down organic matter after prolonged contact thanks to modifications derived from insects. The subject also has an innate telekinetic ability, which was observed even before its arrival at the facility. Through low-level psionic interference or subtle pheromone dispersal, C-K01Y4 produces a persistent fear-inducing effect. The subject goes into a feral cognitive state under extreme stress, which is characterized by decreased self-awareness and increased aggression.
